The Public Works Department of Malaysia (PWD) – also known as Jabatan Kerja Raya (JKR) – was elected as an Institutional Member of REAAA in 1974 and has been involved in the activities of REAAA since its formative years.
The PWD is represented by the Director General, Dato’ Seri Ir Haji Mohamad Zulkefly Bin Sulaiman. He also presents the PWD as the PIARC First Delegate of Malaysia.
He is currently the President of the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM), President of the Malaysian Structural Steel Association (MSSA), Chairman of the Network of Accreditation Bodies for Engineering Education in Asia (NABEEA), President of the Malaysian Asset And Project Management Association (MAPMA) and President of the Road Engineering Association of Malaysia (REAM).
