REAAA Fellowship Program

At its 103rd Council Meeting held in Dubai in March 2016, the Road Engineering Association of Asia and Australasia (REAAA) approved the establishment of the REAAA Fellowship Program. This initiative aims to provide financial support to REAAA members from developing countries, enabling them to attend and present at REAAA events.

The Fellowship covers travel, accommodation, and daily allowances for selected Fellows, with funding generously provided by sponsors. This program reflects REAAA’s commitment to knowledge sharing, professional development, and inclusive participation across its membership.

REAAA is committed to making the Fellowship Program an ongoing initiative and is seeking the continued support of the Council to:

Identify deserving Fellows from developing countries
Engage potential sponsors for upcoming conferences

REAAA invites conference organizers, companies, and institutions to sponsor Fellowships for upcoming events. Sponsorships of US$2,000–$3,000 per Fellowship will directly support the participation of promising professionals from developing nations.

The Fellowship Program is coordinated by Dato Ir. Dr. Dennis Ganendra, Co-opted Council Member of REAAA and CEO of Minconsult Sdn Bhd, Malaysia.
