The Road Engineering Association of Malaysia (REAM) – previously known as the REAAA Malaysian Chapter – was established in 1993. Its objectives are to promote and advance the science and practice of road engineering and related professions as well as to formulate and establish standards, guidelines, and specifications for road engineering in Malaysia.
The REAM has been an Institutional Member of REAAA since 1998. It also manages the Malaysian Chapter of REAAA.
The REAM is represented by Dato’ Ir Ibrahim Esa, the Honorary Secretary-General of REAM and the Director of Road Facility Maintenance Branch, Public Works Department (PWD), Malaysia.
