The Philippine Chapter was officially established in September 2002 with Mr. Salvador Pleyto elected as the first President. Various activities have been organized to strengthen the Chapter since then, including a membership promotion campaign, the launch of the Chapter’s newsletter, and the re-development and maintenance of the REAAA website.
The Philippine Chapter is represented by Dr Jaime A. Pacanan, the President of the Philippine Chapter. He was formerly the Undersecretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways.
