The Japan Road Association (JRA) is a non-profit organization established in 1947. It has been an Institutional Member of REAAA since 1974.
JRA is represented by Mr. Katsuji Hashiba, the Chair of the REAAA International Committee of JRA. Mr Hashiba was awarded a Master of Civil Engineering from Hokkaido University in 1981. He is currently President of the Infrastructure Development Institute, having been attached to the Ministry of Infrastructure, Japan, from 1981 to 2013.
He worked at the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) at its headquarters in Paris for six years.
