Mr Moon-Kyu Choi is the CEO of the Hanshin Engineering & Construction Co. Ltd. He is an active member of the Korea Road Association and the Korea Housing Association. As a new Governing Council member, he is very interested in learning about REAAA member countries and their construction engineering methods.
