The Brunei Chapter was established on 2 October 2002. Dato Paduka Hj Othman bin Hj Yaakub was elected the first Chairman of the Brunei Chapter. The 72nd Meeting of the Governing Council was held in conjunction with the launch. Another concurrent event was a Seminar on ‘Quality Roads –The Way Forward’ organized by the Public Works Department of Brunei.
It is represented by Mr Rafitra Bin Hj Abdul Razak.
