REAAA Conference

A much anticipated event.

The REAAA Conference is the premier event of the Association. It is a much-anticipated conference in the road engineering industry. Sixteen Conferences have been held since the 1st Conference was organised in 1973.  The Conference is held every two to four years to coincide with the election of a new President.  

The success of the past conferences has further enhanced the reputation of REAAA to be a respectable regional association.

The latest Conference was held in hybrid in Manila, Philippines, in September 2021.  The Conference theme is “Roads for better living- Make Roads inclusive, safe, resilient and sustainable”.  The Conference is the region’s most significant international event in the field of road engineering.
