PT Magdatama Multi Industri was established as a subsidiary of PT Magdatama Multi Usaha in 2013 as a specialized manufacturer of Bearing & Expansion Joint with license from Watson Bowman Acme (Wabo®) – USA.
Since its establishment, MMI has supported various major projects in Indonesia such as : IKN Toll Road, Trans Sumatera Toll Road, Bogor Ring Road Toll Road, Jakarta – Cikampek Elevated Toll Road, Inner City Toll Road, Holtekamp Bridge, Ciledug – Tendean Busway Elevated Road, and many more.
In 2019 MMI is ready to produce Seismic Bearing such as Lead Rubber Bearing, Structural Bearing such as Elastomeric Bearing, Pot & Spherical Bearing with International Standard of EN and AASHTO, in MMI 2nd plant MMI KIIC, Karawang.
The factory is equipped with world class facilities :
- Dynamic Testing Machines with Vertical Load Capacity 25.000 kN and Seismic Movement 1.000 mm/s
- Rubber R&D facility
