The 13th General Meeting held on 25 September 2009 in Incheon, Korea in conjunction with the 13th REAAA Conference.
The 13th General Meeting was attended by 86 members. The highlight of this meeting was the installation of the new President and the Governing Council for the 14th Council Term. The meeting adopted the Honorary Secretary-General Report 2006-2009 and the Honorary Treasurer General Report 2006-2009.
