The REAAA Governing Council held its 93rd Meeting on 14th November 2011 in Jakarta, Indonesia. The meeting has been successfully concluded with the attendance of 19 out of the 31 council members. 23 delegates from 9 countries attended the 93rd Council Meeting. The 9 participating countries were Australia, Brunei, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Philippines, Taiwan and Thailand. The meeting has been considered very fruitful as several important decisions have been made and key proposals adopted.
The meeting, chaired by the President, Dato’ Sri Prof. Ir. Dr. Judin Abdul Karim, discussed various issue on the operations of the secretariat and approved various reports tabled by the Finance Committee, Technical Committee, Membership Promotions Committee, International Coordinator Committee, Katahira Fund Committee and the report by the Honorary Secretary on the activities and performance of the REAAA Secretariat.The Council members concluded and agreed to the various plan on the REAAA Strategy Map and Initiative 2010-2012 tabled by the Coordinators. The meeting also looked into these important events, key issue and challenges with confidence and determination.
